Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to.
Orders are packed and dispatched from our fulfilment warehouse within two business days of payment. You get a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 6 to 12 business days. Remote destinations and customs checks can take longer, so treat these times as estimates rather than guarantees.
Duties and taxes
Where our courier offers it, we pay import duties and taxes before the parcel arrives. In some countries, Australia among them, that isn't possible and the courier collects import duty or local tax from you before delivery. That charge is set by your country's customs authority and is paid by the recipient.
Address changes and lost parcels
Write to us as soon as possible if your delivery address changes, because once a parcel has left the warehouse we can't redirect it. If tracking shows no movement for ten business days, contact us and we'll trace it with the courier or send a replacement.
